SHIPPING POLICY

Motion Market products are made-to-order. This means each item is produced after your order is placed. Because of this, order processing includes both production time and shipping time.

ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT

Most Motion Market products are fulfilled by our print-on-demand production partner. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Most orders are typically fulfilled within 2–5 business days before they are shipped. Fulfillment times may vary depending on product type, order volume, inventory availability, production location, and other fulfillment factors.

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected, destination, carrier, and fulfillment location. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the products in your order, shipping destination, and available shipping methods.

Some orders may ship in separate packages depending on the products ordered and fulfillment locations. If your order ships separately, you may receive more than one tracking number.

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Because our products are made-to-order, orders may begin production shortly after checkout. Please review your order details carefully before placing your order, including product, size, color, quantity, and shipping address.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Motion Market is not responsible for delays, returned packages, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping costs.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If a package is returned because it was unclaimed, refused, or not picked up from the carrier, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping costs.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. Carrier delays can happen and may be outside of Motion Market’s control.

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number and tracking information so we can review the issue and determine the next steps.

DAMAGED OR FULFILLMENT-RELATED ISSUES

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Motion Market may offer international shipping where available. International shipping availability, rates, delivery times, duties, taxes, and customs fees may vary by destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or fees required by their country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

At this time, some products or destinations may not be eligible for international shipping.
